Tekcapital's Innovative Eyewear enters deal with New Look Vision

(Sharecast News) - Intellectual property investor Tekcapital announced on Friday that its investee Innovative Eyewear, the developer of ChatGPT-enabled smart eyewear under various brands, was launching its 'Lucyd' smart frames in 10 selected New Look Vision Group stores across Quebec and at New Look's online store.

The AIM-traded firm described New Look as a prominent eyewear retailer with a network of over 450 stores across the United States and Canada.

Tekcapital currently holds 40% ownership of Innovative Eyewear, as 5,189,086 shares.

"We are thrilled to introduce our frames to Canadian eyeglass customers on the market-defining New Look website as well as in several of their beautiful stores in Montreal," said Innovative Eyewear chief executive officer Harrison Gross.

"We look forward to introducing their clientele to our innovative and unique smart frames."

At 1340 BST, shares in Tekcapital were up 4.29% at 8.5p.
