(Sharecast News) - Berkeley revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Robert Perrins had acquired 2,816 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed property developer.

Perrins, who joined Berkeley in 1994, purchased the shares at an average price of 3,550.0p each, for a total value of 99,968.

As of 1525 BST, Berkeley shares were up 0.11% at 3,664.0p.
