(Sharecast News) - UK Oil & Gas said on Friday that trading on AIM would be temporarily suspended as it announced a delay to the publication of its annual results.
In a brief statement, the company put the delay down to its auditors requiring additional time.
It said the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 will not be published by the end of March, which was the deadline under AIM company rules.
As a result, trading will be temporarily suspended from 7:30 am on 1 April until the results are published, "which will be as soon as possible", it said.
At 1350 GMT, the shares were down 22.3% at 0.012p.
