(Sharecast News) - Haydale Graphene reported accelerating commercial momentum on Tuesday, as it moved closer to full-scale product roll-out, highlighting new distribution arrangements, industry recognition and its first orders in the United States.
The AIM-traded advanced materials group said it had signed a distribution agreement with Interfloor, Europe's largest underlay manufacturer, enabling the commercial launch of a new integrated flooring range incorporating Haydale's JustHeat heating system ahead of its previously guided timetable in the first half of 2026.
Under the agreement, Interfloor would gain non-exclusive rights to distribute JustHeat as part of its new flooring portfolio and will act exclusively with Haydale as its heating technology partner.
In turn, Haydale will source all underlay for its own installations from Interfloor, which would also become the recommended supplier to Haydale's expanding network of third-party channels.
Interfloor would market the range through more than 2,000 UK retail outlets and over 400 distribution channels in 70 countries, significantly widening the product's reach.
Haydale described the collaboration as a first step in extending JustHeat beyond residential use into commercial and industrial settings.
JustHeat was also named National Product of the Year at the 2025 National Energy Efficiency Awards, which Haydale said provided an important endorsement of its performance and ease of installation.
The company argued the award would strengthen installer confidence as it scaled into multiple markets.
Haydale further reported early success in the US, where it had moved from pilot trials to initial commercial agreements.
It signed two collaboration deals worth a combined $0.3m to tailor JustHeat for the US market, which it said validated the product's relevance in one of the world's largest heating sectors and supported its capital-light expansion strategy.
Chief executive Simon Turek said the company was now executing at pace.
"Moving from concept to a market-ready Interfloor product range within months demonstrates the pace with which we are now executing," he said.
"Coupled with national industry recognition, we enter FY26 with growing confidence in our ability to scale across multiple markets.
"These developments underline the strength of our technology platform and the commercial opportunity ahead."
Gary McEwan, Interfloor's chief executive, said integrating JustHeat into its underlay range gave customers "a new proposition - flooring that provides warmth, comfort and energy efficiency in a single integrated solution," adding that the partnership could bring the product to "a large and growing audience."
At 1232 GMT, shares in Haydale Graphene Industries were down 2.18% at 0.52p.
