(Sharecast News) - Energean revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Martin Houston had acquired 8,500 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed hydrocarbon exploration and production company.
Houston, who joined the board of Energean in November, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 958.59p each, for a total value of £81,480.15.
As of 1620 GMT, Energean shares were up 3.76% at 1,021.0p.
