(Sharecast News) - Hollywood Bowl revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Stephen Burns had disposed of 165,696 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed ten-pin bowling centres operator.
Burns, who took over as CEO in 2014, sold the shares at an average price of 320.77p each, for a total value of £531,503.06.
Following the sale, Burns holds a total of 3.0m ordinary Hollywood Bowl shares, representing approximately 1.75% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1610 GMT, Hollywood Bowl shares were up 1.56% at 326.0p.
